Terms of Service

By accessing or using ShipClip at useshipclip.app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email.

ShipClip is an AI-powered tool that reads a publicly accessible product URL provided by you, extracts brand information, generates a video script, and renders a 30-second MP4 launch video.

The Service requires an active internet connection and a valid account. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@useshipclip.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account. Accounts are non-transferable.

Free plan: One video per month at no cost, with a ShipClip watermark. No credit card required.

Pro plan: $29 per month (or current listed price), billed monthly. Includes unlimited videos, no watermark, and all video styles.

Payments are processed by DodoPayments. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You may only submit URLs to websites you own or have explicit permission to use. Do not submit URLs containing illegal content, content that infringes third-party intellectual property, or content that violates any applicable law.

You may not use the Service to generate videos that are defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that impersonate another person or entity.

You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models, rendering pipeline, or source code of ShipClip.

Automated submissions, bulk URL processing outside of approved API access, and abuse of the free tier are prohibited.

Your content: You retain ownership of the URLs, brand assets, and any materials you submit to ShipClip. By submitting a URL, you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

Generated videos: Videos generated for you are yours to use, publish, and distribute freely, including commercially, subject to these Terms.

ShipClip platform: All software, designs, trademarks, and content belonging to ShipClip remain our exclusive property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of ShipClip intellectual property to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated videos will meet any specific quality standard. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or unsuitable — review outputs before publishing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShipClip and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) £50.

You may close your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
